Return Policy

Products sold by AF Books are non-refundable, but exchanges are allowed for damaged items or wrong items as described below:

Defective merchandise may only be exchanged (within 7 days of receipt) for the idential product, and shipped back (via “media mail”) with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. AF Books® reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "as-shipped" condition. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange are refunded to the customer via an E-Gift Certificate.

Products sent in error by AF Books, need to be shipped back in “as-shipped” condition to AF Books, which will then ship out the proper order and E-Gift certificate the cost of shipping back to the customer.

All other products not listed above may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all packaging, and accessories.

Exchanges and re-ships will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that AF Books® receives the merchandise, and the E-Gift certificate will be issued within the same 14 days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any other costs (besides shipping)incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.

You may also return or exchange new merchandise at your local AF Books® store in accordance with the return policy of that store.
